I sat at the end of my high school varsity team's bench as a senior. Just 5 years later, I was in Kaunas, Lithuania singing the contract that started a 9-year professional basketball career that spanned 8 countries. 
I was the FIRST player from my NCAA D3 school [Penn State Altoona] to ever play professionally. 
At the same time I started playing pro, I began publishing my workouts to this new site called YouTube, creating the "athletic training videos" genre in 2006. 
To date, I have published over 7,000 videos (more than everyone else in this space COMBINED) and my content has been viewed over 44 million times. 
I've done brand campaigns and speaking gigs for Nike, TLC, the NBA, Finish Line, Wendy's, Gatorade, Buick, Wilson Sports, and STASH Investments.
