Warm-Up (Mini | Hoop Handbook)

Warm-Up is part of the Off-Court Training Package.

Warming up is your way of getting the body prepared to go all-out. Just as you would warm up a rubber band that you pulled out of the freezer before trying to stretch it -- tight, cold muscles are more prone to pulls, strains, and injury.

 

You want your body to be primed and ready for basketball action, so this Handbook will take you through a set of movements that will have you ready for every movement in the game -- forward, retro, lateral, vertical, rotational -- without burning too much energy for the actual performance/ practice/ game.
