My Ball Handling DVD is remastered and available, and now we have Mixtapes. The mixtapes are workouts of my own, with unreleased footage you won't find on YouTube. You can rent the video and watch it from your computer, or have the DVD mailed to your home. The goal is to get better, so do what works best for you. Keep your plans in mind.

What Can the Hoop Handbook Do For Me? How Good Will I Be?

Players come in all shapes and sizes. First off, you must decide what kind of player you are going to be -- envision it in detail, so you know what your goal is. Be specific about the player you're becoming, and build form that vision. Your outside shot? Your ball handling ability? How many positions can you defend? 

The Hoop Handbooks are designed to not only improve your skill during the workouts, but open your game & mind up to more ways to train.
